Team : Event

📍 Purpose

We’re looking for an (Sr.) Event Specialist based in Taiwan to join the NEX Foundation team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating meaningful events—both online and offline—and experienced in both event execution and content creation. You’ll help us bring attention to NEX’s mission and empower the next generation of global Taiwanese change makers.

🌀 Responsibilities

• Plan and execute annual event strategies (online & offline) to promote NEX Foundation’s mission.
• Coordinate all aspects of event planning and production—logistics, promotion, and on-site execution.
• Identify and develop new marketing or partnership channels, both in Taiwan and globally.
• Liaise with local and international speakers and partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Create event-related content, including copywriting, visuals, and key messaging.
• Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Event Director.

🌻 Requirements

• Has event planning experience (work, school, or volunteer settings).
• Is skilled in copywriting and content creation (Mandarin).
• Is well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Has strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
• Is proactive, creative, and self-motivated.
• Shares a genuine interest in NEX Foundation’s mission.
• (Preferred) Comfortable communicating in both Mandarin and English.
